Violin and piano
(OMS) tutor-plus - AncaDukai 2021.jpg

I began studying the violin when I was 6 years old, at Oradea Art High School. I hold a BMus in Instrumental Performance (violin). Because of my studies at the Vocational School of Arts, I was provided the chance to study also the piano as a secondary instrument for 8 years, in parallel with the violin. For the past 12 years I have been working at the same Art High School I graduated from as a tenured violin teacher. Throughout these years I have been teaching more than 50 students, aged 6 to 17 years old, both beginners and advanced, students who performed in different music competitions and concerts representing the school and the community to which they belong. My violin classes are tailored to develop each student’s abilities according to their respective age, level and skills, aiming to reach as high as possible a standard of understanding and performing music. I teach students of all ages and levels, for any desired musical genre. My lessons include: cheerfulness, joy, devotion, tact and love for children, and music theory notions, reading music, technique exercises for both hands, varied repertoire according to each student’s interests, preparation for performing on stage. The first lesson is for getting acquainted with each other and for the student with the violin (for beginners), to assess the student’s level.
